If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Email support@novaro.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions and a return label where applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return required.
For hygiene reasons, certain beauty and personal care items are non-returnable once opened. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
